Check out a band called X-Japan, their ballad songs are awesome. They all have piano in the background.

haha it's just cause everything has gotten so confusing from that thread.. everybody's calling me kelvin now, and other stuff, so now everywhere i see something that's misnamed

and it was kind of surprising because when i was thinking japanese singer + green day song.. so that was kind of confusing. didn't expect it

thanks, listened to some of them and they're great.

can't believe i forgot the koda kumi one, my gf sent me a link on youtube to that song a while ago.
