He got it right:
PC3200 : CAS 2
PC3500 : CAS 2.5 ( I think his PC3500 is CAS 3, not CAS 2.5, may need his confirmation)

It is definately CAS2.5 OFFICIALLY, but judging by characteristic it has Winbond CH chips and will run at 2-3-2-6 at 200MHz.

Haven't extensively tested the kits, but I can give them a try sometime this week.

219MHz at 2-2-2-5 with 2.7v (real, as measured with a DMM from slot)...that's the highest voltage setting possible in the motherboard I have at home. It ran for two or three hours with Folding just fine then I turned it off and went to sleep. It posted a bit higher though, so with 2.8v or higher I'm assuming more speed.

will you be able to test uo with upto 3.0 volts? i'm interested in what it will do in the 240 - 250 - 260 range.

it wont do that high 2-2-2, the UL ram has tccd chips. so it will do 250 for sure but it will be with loose timmings like 3-3-3-7 or looser.

no problem. what kind of delta are you getting? what other components?

this is about the highest tccd can do. and then people get it higher with more volt like 2.9vdimm. but that is highly quality binned.

Well I just sold my AMD64 system, and the only system I have now besides my notebooks is an NF7-S system that won't go higher than 217MHz no matter what timings or voltage you set to. So I won't be able to test anymore, atleast until I buy new hardware.
