Just to be clear there is no danger using their ephedrine as directed. It's very popular to use ephedrine to enhance metabolism and is sold across Canada and the united states. However it's only approved as a nasal decongestant in Canada. This has nothing to do with the quality or safety of the product. So when you say beware of their ephedrine, there is really nothing to be weary of. Health Canada is simply saying it should not be used as a weight loss aid. The compnay only says to use it as a nasal decongestant. If you are congested it does work pretty amazing at the recommended dosage.

That's why I included the title of the warning which clearly states "not to use Kaizen Ephedrine HCL tablets for weight loss".

It's also popular for another reason - it's used to make illegal drugs.

whats the quantity of the sample?

They sell these at Costco. I can tell you first hand experience that it doesn't mix well at all, it clumps a lot. The taste is pretty good though.

The sample products are of the all natural whey with no artificial sweeteners or flavours. It mixes excellent. I have used this product for a long time and love it. The sample size is for 1 serving which is around 28 grams I think. A typical 1 scoop serving.

received mine 10 minutes ago. i must say, it does not mix well at all. i had a couple of big clumps floating a round in my cup after mixing it well. the taste was OK at best. ive had better tasting whey protein shakes before. thanks for the sample but i wont be buying this.

I received my sample yesterday. If you mix it in with a bowl of cereal it is very easy to eat. That isn't quite as flexible as a drink, but it works.
