I need some advice on purchasing my first condo in feb-march 10. I am looking to flip this condo and buy another one.I am looking for some advice and some info if anyone here don't mind sharing.....

There are already a plethora of threads on the future of the real estate market, so rather than get into all that, I'll just say be sure that your "flip" is one you would be willing to live in yourself if it came to it.
