Default Fido plays forgein music while you are on hold!
Nowadays, when you call for customer service, you are probably routed to some place in india or something...

Today, when I call fido, I think they were playing east indian music while I was on hold!! I was like WTF...

i ****** hate their voice option system. is talking to a ****ing robot suppose to be more welcoming than pressing #s to select options?

speaking of being put on hold, anyone else hate it when you've been listening to the music while waiting then all of a sudden an operator comes on and scares you by saying "blah blah how can I help you?"

I hate everyone CS except XM radio. The people are always good, and service is fast. Fido is a joke. Waited 45m the other day til I got a non-English person.

Could've been worse...they could've played Ashlee Simpson or Britney Spears.

yeah, that is annoying after waiting so long, as if that is not enough u are forced to listen to some music that u dont understand because u dont want to move and lost your'e spot.. down with APPLE also!
