- One (1) of ten (10) HP Pavilion 16-inch laptops with an Intel® Pentium® T4200 processor, with a total retail value of approximately $600 each; includes Windows Vista Home Edition, bilingual operating system, plus a 3G Mobile Internet Stick with a retail value of approximately $135. The 3G Mobile Internet Stick does not include any data transmission service or package.

Second Prizes:
- One (1) of fifty (50) prizes consisting of a credit on the winner’s Fido bill up to a maximum of $100.

Third prizes:
- One (1) of seventy-five (75) prizes of 75 FidoDollars, with a retail value of $75 each;
- One (1) of two hundred and fifty (250) prizes of 50 FidoDollars, with a retail value of $50 each;
- One (1) of eight hundred (800) prizes of 10 FidoDollars, with a retail value of $10 each;

I just did a quick read, but where does it state u need to be a fido subscriber?
even the rules state for bill credit prize. if ur not a subscriber u get $100 fido gift card.
