Holiday Shopping: How would you Handle Driver Stealing your Parking Space?

So there's like 4+ weeks before Christmas and malls like Yorkdale are packed, of course this means getting a space is much harder.

Last night I witnessed it three times. None of them did anything about it, just honked a few times and left. Though, I don't know if they came back and did something?

Never had a problem but I can't believe some has balls to do this. Is it worth the fight, getting your car keyed, tires flattened.

THE BEST BURGER, I kid you NOT

Now, I... like many of you love my burgers.

This isn't an entirely fair rating because this burger is the best from what I have eaten and the comparisons are MOSTLY made with famous Toronto locations. But logically, chances are.. the competition is even stiffer in Toronto than Vancouver.

Famous chain locations... Licks, Fat Burger, Hero Burger, Red Robins...etc
Famous mom and pop locations... Dangerous Dan's, Allen's, Craft Burger, etc..

ALL LAY DEFEATED IN MY BOOK TO THE JIMMY BURGER.

What a surprise. The restaurant Jimmy's Place is a quaint styled diner in Coquitlam near Lougheed Mall. The kind of place you'd never really walk into unless you know the place has good food.

The burger (my fave the hot and spicy Jimmy Burger) is phenomenal.
It's chock full of veggies like fresh lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, etc. Grilled mushrooms and onions are also added, with a special bbq spicy sauce. I think I got a mix of chedder and swiss cheese on the burger with a slice of bacon as well. The patty, OMG the patty is insanely juicy and tender. It's massive too.. atleast 1/2 pound or more. Interesting to note... they don't use regular burger buns, but kaiser buns which I find to be even more fresh and not pumped with preservatives. You know how big a kaiser is? That's the size of the burger too.

For people who can't stomach the heat, a mild regular version of the Jimmy is also present and just as yummy. I almost forgot to mention the fries are always hot, thickly cut steak fries too.

Loved the service and the owners are extremely friendly.

This place is a hidden gem. I encourage Vancouver burger connoisseurs like myself to go check it out and do yourself a favour.

So, it seems my PC is sort of dead, read here:
http://www.redflagdeals.com/forums/help-pc-wont-post-boot-814365/

Since I think there is no point to save a AM2 PC, I will do a partial built:

AMD Phenom II X4 9X5 BE or AMD Phenom II X3 720 BE
NH-U12P
M4A78T-E
some DDR3 2x2GB
Western Digital Caviar Black 640GB
CM Haf 932 or Inwin Maelstrom

Some questions and comments
1) Since AM3 mobo support only DDR3-1600 (oc), is it ok to get DDR-1800 or higher? Because I see some of them are the same price as lower speed memory.

2) Will the NH-U12P block any ram slot in M4A78T-E?

3) The PC is a gaming machine with light development work.

4) I heard AM3 has problem with SSD. If I am to get a SSD down the road, will this cause problems?

5) Is i5 a better choice?

6) How's the onboard audio in the M4A78T-E? My current PC has a audigy 1 and I don't think I will use it anymore.

I was surfing through aden camera's site and found the Tamron AF18-250mm F/3.5-6.3 Di II LD Aspherical (http://www.adencamera.com/prod-overview.asp?ProdID=2163&Category=7) for $349.99 and supposely this is the model with in lens focus motor, so it'll work with my D3000 I assume. right? Seems like a really good deal when compared to nikon's 18-200mm VR II. And I know, you get what you pay for, but this seems like such deal and especially when henry's is selling it for $519.99.

I was wondering if anyone have or has used this lens before because when I looked it up on google I did not find too many detailed reviews.

Should I pick this up or not?

Thanks RFD-ers;)

In Mississauga (Clarkson), but can meet up.
Trades for PS3 considered, will add cash where necessary.

Futureshop is blowing out the Dyson DC25 Pink for $449 ($150 off)
http://www.futureshop.ca/catalog/proddetail.asp?sku_id=0665000FS10129034&catid=10810&logon=&langid=EN

I was able to add this coupon *10%apcat353495310848* to get another 10% off. The coupon specifically says Dyson is excluded, but it worked.

I just picked it up tonight!! I am loving it. AFAIK, it is identical to the regular DC25, just in pink!

I believe it is a discontinuing model (no longer listed at Dysoncanada.com), but $404 is still better than Black Friday @ Kohl's down in US.
