E-mail or snail mail addy for staples?

Amazing that I can't find an e-mail address or snail mail address to send a written complaint to Staples?
Any help?

They have a contact form on their website: http://www.staples.ca/ENG/CSR/csr_contact_us_topics.asp

Of course I checked there....I was looking for an e-mail proper or actual letter address.

Their e-mail domain is @busdep.com.

If you knew the store number you want to complain to, it would be s###gm@busdep.com (### being the store number, gm being the general manager -- you could also e-mail sls for sales manager, srv for service manager, rt for residential technician and ec for senior computer sales staff).

As for a direct e-mail to the district managers or the president, I don't believe they disclose that to the public. You would have to use the forms on the contact page, and the department that handles those suggestions/complaints would then forward it to the the appropriate party.
