Default deals on big screen HDTV?

I'm looking, and i'm sure others are looking for a good deal on a big screen HDTV, So if you know any, plz post here.

Is futureshop/bestbuy the best place to buy a tv from? or is there another store, not hear of that sells for cheap, and good quality?

Remember, I work at Futureshop and will always give a good deal on a Big Screen TV. Just PM me. I'm at Futureshop Brampton. Just remember that things on sale will look like your getting a worse deal from me since it's already down. But on regular priced stuff it looks much better. Right now it's hectic in the store and don't have time to find the price for you guys...sorry. Just PM me and I will give you my number so you can talk directly, or wait till after Boxing Week and I'll hook you up.

If you do plan on purchasing from me, best time is in January, much less people with me available to talk to and give you a deal hehe. No need to go through the headache of boxing week. Plus things are going to be out of stock usually at that time, so January/Feb will be full again.

Isn't January also a good time to get one since there'd be a lot of open-box returns from people watching the superbowl on the bigscreens and then returning them for cost? I know that kind of stuff goes on in america but I'm not too sure about here...

For someone who doesn't want to buy a membership to Costco to check prices, what is the approx price for the cheapest 30 inch HDTV? LCD, Plasma or CRT. I don't care, I just want it cheap!

I got a 27" Viewsonic N2750w for $849 but am thinking of taking ti back for the 32" Daytek D-3220 for $1199 which I hear is a lot better. Go to costco.ca and check the prices out. A lot of the time the prices are cheaoer in the store than online...why that is...I dont know, but the Pioneer plasma on the site is like $2699 and instore it's like $2299

isnt this TV on sale right now? $2900 before tax ($600 off stated on flyer)
i dont know much about hdtvs but it seems like a pretty decent deal, altho, it doesnt have surround sound, i dunno if that affects just when tv is stand alone, or when in home theatre as well

i was at FS the other day tho, and hte Panasonic on for 4500 has way better quality (but its like 1600 more yikes! ) there was a hockey game on, and the LG ice looked yellowish, whereas the panasonic was a truer white.

Hi, sorry everyone, deleted some. If you want to try and PM me now you can again. The LG for 2899.99 is pretty darn good for a plasma, the quality is also pretty good. If you need better price for panasonic PM me.
