Last year, RFD had a little donations drive for some charity.
The request was for members to donate 2% of all $$ saved while using RFD. I was new to RFD at the time, so I didn't know how much I would benefit from RFD. As it turns out, it has been a great experience and I know I saved at least $1000 this year. None of that would be possible without RFD and its members. Will Derek be setting up a similar 'non-denominational' fund, I'm sure not all of our members are christian. Maybe the United Way, or Salvation Army. I think it would be a great way of giving back. Of course another great way would be for FS to sponsor another Christmas contest for RFD'ers!!

We won't be holding a charity drive this year as it was a lot of work and we didn't really have many people respond.
Of course, it would be awesome if you to decide to donate a small percentage of what you think RFD has saved you to a charity that you feel worthy.

How about putting up some links/working out something towards other worthwhile charities, like Child's Play?
