Anyone knows 20D and Minolta Maxxum 7D, which one is better?

Nice deal. I'd easily take a 20D over a 7D. More megapixels, clean images at high ISO, it's a winner.

The *only* caveat is that the 18-55 lens is a entry level lens. For a camera as nice as the 20D, it deserves better. The much more expensive 17-85 USM IS would be a great lens to pair with the 20D. With the IS feature and the already clean images at high ISO, shooting handheld in very low light would be quite doable.

Minolta stuff of recent times just doesn't do it for me. Canon is a stronger company when it comes to DSLRs currently.
