Looks like this is the product you'd need to cheat the 407, its angle oriented as opposed to flash.

CFTO news did a test on these things once. Also the Spray as well. THese only worked on certain angles (depends on your speed, and angle of the car as it is being photographed). They concluded they are highly unreliable.

if you notice under photo radar and redlight camera ..its says device ... spraying your plate doesnt constitute a device.

I feel sorry for the fools that actually believe in this garbage. If you aren't using Ontario plates, it's basically free.

Wasn't there a Liquid Crystal license plate cover where you add some electricity and it would cover up the plate?
