um, do they lool like they are the same size, inlet and outlet in the same spot? If so then maybe.

If it will fit... try it. It probably has ~the cooling capacity. On the other hand, let's say you shoe horn this in place... and it blows real quick because of its age? The new generation of rads are not the same as in the old days... they only are expected to last 5-7 years. I expect you should be able to handle this problem for under $500.
