OP! Do you know if there are any restrictions on the gift cards? i.e. only one per table/transaction etc? basically, if I buy 4 of the giftcards for $100, can I use all 4 gift cards and the bonus at one time ($140)? tia!

In previous years, you could use as many of the $25 gift cards in payment, but only 1 bonus $10 card per table. I believe it will be the same this year.
If you want to use more than 1 bonus card per table, you could ask the waiter/waitress to split the bills before ordering.
BTW, the bonus card can be used only in the new year until mid March.

Haven't been there for a long, long time, maybe it's time to go again.
