Budget Laptop Processors

I need your opinion on the Mobile Sempron processor vs. Celeron Ms?

Any big differences vs. a celeron 1.4 GHZ vs. a sempron at 1.8 GHZ.

Is one better than the other, what would u reccommend for presentations. Plus how do they compare to the pentium Ms?
