Where's the best place to get bubble tea in Vancouver? When I say vancourver, i mean the lower mainland.

My favorite is a place called dragonball on King Edward and Oak.

I go to that bubble tea place at the Richmond Public Market. It's the one that sells those circle thingies that have cheese and other various stuff in it.

I found the one in the lower level of MetroTown (can't remember the name) fairly good. I've tried the one in Chinatown & Parker Place and they're mediocre. I'll have to try the Richmond market next time I'm in town.

There is one in Yaochan in Richmond that has a really good taro bubbletea...

But if you go there, make sure you order the "Natural" or "Fresh" one....

theres a place called Spring Tea bar in richmond. The best bubble tea, but also the most expensive.

The stuff in the public market/etc is cheaper, but theyre of a lower quality. I dont mind though

My girlfriend likes their almond flavour bb tea. We sometimes drive all the way from Burnaby just to get it. I think we go there too much because they know instantly what we want when we walk in. The owner or one of the girls at the counter will say "Large almond with no pearl, right?" It's pretty pricey...$5 for a large cup to go but it does taste very good.

We go to the night market and also get the lower quality $3 cups as well. They really put alot of ice in their cups though.

The one thing I can't stand about the night market is the intermittant smell of the 'stinky tofu'. That stuff should be banned!!!

From mybc.com, this is what I got:

Spring Tea Bar
4231 Hazelbridge Way 270, Richmond, BC V6X3L7
(604) 278-8338

It's upstairs and at the end of a long hallway in the mall that is to the north of Parker Place.

I'll try this flavour next time we go. Does it have any 'chunks' of stuff in it besides the optional bubbles?

I almost forgot about this place. It's quite good as well. I find the store on Kingsway to be a bit hot and cramped though.

Oasis! I use to go there back in the days... They were one of the first ones in Vancouver. That place was packed all the time. It's not as good now though. I hear they have a different owner.

You guys should try Dragonball on 25th and oak. It's a super small place but honestly, i haven't had better...
