Why not just let us host it on our own <a href=../autolink/redirectpage.php?linkid=38 target=_blank>1and1</a> webspace? It saves RFD's bandwidth too (since the main pages are so slow already).

Here are the scans that I got from PN (courtesy of lin_simon) as a backup. (I am sure he won't mind, since he is also a member here but unfortunately not a mod. )
