I installed an Audigy 2 ZS in my Sonata pc and can't figure out why I'm not getting power to my front firewire port on the case.
The data connections seem right as I can transfer stuff using my portable hdd fine. However I need to plug my portable hdd into the wall because no power is coming from the port. I can hookup my external hdd to the back of the audigy 2 and it gets power fine. Anybody know why i'm not getting power to the front of the case? I followed this wiring diagram. http://www.frontx.com/info/creative.html Now the sonata has a white V+ and a fat black V-. I tried both ground connections, but nothing. Any help??? |
