ATTN: Stop ALL Dealings w/ GORDON!! (SCAMMER)

I was on the forums looking for a pocket bike and saw gordons post and have been discussing it with him via email. He told me several things as discussed in the topic found here ( http://www.redflagdeals.com/forums/s...ht=pocket+bike ) and even after he got banned he told me he was banned because he was mouthing off in the off topic area.

I went to meet up saw the bike and at the time it WAS running but something was wrong when he refused to meet at his home and refused to give me a contact number. As I saw the bike was fine I took it home immediately after the bike started choking on pull starts and when the tank was empty and refilled the bike would not start up again.

To make this story short this little punk tried to sell me a Lemon! Good thing I took it back to a store called KTO Racing and they told me of Gordons history and how the bike was already broken etc.. as they knew the bikes previous owner. (Gordon purchased the bike for $60 ONLY and is asking for around 2bills)

I contacted the lil punk and I got my money back after telling him that I would contact the police about the matter if he did not give me back my money. His father showed up with him when we made the sale and when he "REFUNDED" me the money. (funny how he said his parents didnt like people coming to the house and him selling things but he comes along anyways..)

Any one with existing trade deals with him should stop and should he try to sell you a black pocket bike it is completely GARBAGE! (everything he said in the post above are all lies. Gordon is just a 17year old punk who talks big. He cant rebuild or drive anything so dont be fooled!) DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM STAY AWAY!

The money was refunded and the situation was resolved. I would classify this as a bad trading experience rather than scamming. The thread was locked as there is no reason for further discussion with the situation resolved - Derek

IMO, there should be a minimum age to utilize the BST. I think Gordan's no more than 13 based on his posts.

I almost had a deal with Gordon and he doesn't seem like the person that you are describing, he was fine with me meeting him at his house, I'd like to hear his side of the story on this.

his father was hilarious he was like "dont you EVER threaten my son with the police! They wont do anything about this!" (his exact words) so I told him so you are telling me you sold me a Lemon and you knew about it and your saying even tho I contact the police theres nothign I can do? ..... Then why are you here for the refund..

based on his posts you are right he acts like a 13 year old but he tells me he cant meet up a day later because he has to attend a wedding he has no car (like he can drive/funny how he met up with me today.. wedding? yeah .. right) and he has to go clubbing with his cousins (yeah right! on a wednesday night? and being underaged.. fat chance!)

well I knew that the police wouldnt do anything, I just used it to scare the kid .. . im not going to take buying a LEMON standing down man... you wouldnt either.. When I took the bike to the KTO Racing store (which is 30 mins from where I live almost) you could NOT BELIEVE the words that they used to describe the bike.. they IMMEDIATELY knew who the bike used to belong to and knew that it was sold to a lil punk named Gordon. They even said that they knew that the bike had blown carberators and leaks EVERYWHERE... in his ad he says the bike is not a "EBAY *****" but that is EXACTLY what it is .. as the KTO Racing owner explained to me.. If I didnt do this and scare the little punk and his dad do you think I would have gotten my money back? .. no man.. even the previous posters said he met at Gordons house .. why wouldnt he meet me there? why wouldnt he give me a contact number?

I've met up with Gordon and he's a good kid.

If you knew then what you know now about him originally getting the bike for $60, but the bike was in perfect running order, would you still complain and ask for your $$ back?

Oh man, Gordon deserves a beating. That 17 year old punk was all talk on these forums, and such a pussy. I would have never pictured him as a scammer though.

Jokes man, Gordon should have banned long ago. He never gave his number unless he was desperate to scam broken parts for money. He always asked to meet at Markville instead of his house. so mysterious.

My encounter was when he posted his PSP battery. Thing was a dud and not OEM, and only admitted it's 'not original' after I pressured him for the truth. It wasn't even new as posted!

He actually SPAMMED my inbox saying I was threadcrapping but I said go ahead, we'll ask a MOD to figure out if you're lying about your sale. Dude shut his mouth pretty quick. He's running out of forums to sell his junk since HoFo doesn't want him there either. Gordon's a Joke. Remember his thread about getting a hard-on for the Electronic Boutique sales girl? I guarantee all my items when selling, but there's the odd chance a thing can be on it's last leg and just burn out at the person's house, you never know.
