LF: New Transformers: Alternators

I'm not sure how many hre will know what I'm talking about but it's worth a shot.

My buddy and I are looking for the newest Alternators figures released, namely Silverstreak (silver Impreza) and Hound (green Jeep), and we haven't had any luck anywhere. All we see is Smokescreen (blue Impreza)and Side Swipe (red Viper). Has anyone spotted the new toys anywhere by any chance?

I'm seriously considering trying to get my hands on the metal Japanese Binaltech versions if I can't find the Hasbro versions...

I've only ever seen one in NYC when I went there in April. In the GTA, I have yet to see any. I'll keep my eye out whenever I go to walmart..

I've seen Silverstreak and Hound at the Bay (downtown TO) and I believe at Sears (Eaton Centre) back in Feb.

I saw Silverstreak at Walmart (Markville mall) back in Feb/Mar too.

Thanks guys. Smokescreen, Side Swipe, Hound, Silverstreak, and Dead End are the first five we already found. I've been searching every TRU and Walmart I know of over the past six months at least with ZERO new stock. I've even checked the odd Zellers with nothing new. I've been checking eBay too but it's rare to find a seller with multiple figures in multiple quantities (no sense in paying shipping seperately). I've also considered the Binaltech route but the extra cost just isn't worth it. I'm at the point where I'm going to order them from BigBadToyStore.com and hope I don't get a nasty customs fee but I'd still rather aquire them locally.

I've read that the reissues have been discontinued in north America. Richocet was the last one (I think). The Japanese versions are still available via mailorder though.

That is Alternator Shockblast, which is an updated Shockwave. Trademark issues and all... They've been trying to get at least two figures out of each mold so yes, there are/will be at least two of each vehicle with slight remolds and different paint. Hound/Swindle, Smokescreen/Silverstreak/Smokescreen GT(Japan only), Meister/Shockblast/Meister clone(Japan only), etc..

They're generally around $30 in Walmart and $35 in TRU and Zellers, IF you can find them. I just came in from the Etobicoke/Queensway Walmart and found exactly six Hounds and one Silverstreak, nothing new at all. Blast... My seven need more teammates (the first five plus 20th anniversary Prime, plus a Tracks from eBay). They'd sell tonnes of these things if only they'd distribute the dang things properly.
