Looking for deals on furniture... preferably couches/sofas..livingroom stuff.

anyone know of any stores that have sales going on?

I heard Sklar Peppler is an amazing store and apparantly they have a sale going on.... i need help.

or... if anybody is moving and are willing to part with their NEW furniture for a LOW price... im willing to take whatever off your hands :P

You didn't tell us where you live and you didn't bother to enter your city in your profile. I'm assuming you'd want something local, unless you want to drive to Newfoundland to pick up a sofa. ;)

Costco has a limited selection of furniture, but sometimes very good prices. I bought a pull-out sofa bed there for around $300 and still have it. It's worn, but still fully functional.

I live in the GTA. (Mississauga). Casper... I've thought about going to Sears at Dixie mall... is the furniture there cheap and reliable? I heard that Sears outlet stores, although their prices may be cheap, the merchandise is quite dammaged. hmmmmmm...

Any other opinions?

Try Leons, they have stores all over the GTA area and Ontario in general. Great prices on good products. I work at a store in Alberta though, so my opinion may be a little biased :oops: :lol:
