That was pretty similar to what i remember cause my GF went to mcD's today...

Other then that i never put that garbage into my mouth. I dont even eat junk food or highly processed carbs.

Only ton's of low Gi carbs eg. sweet potatoes, brown rice, oatmeal

I just remember Wed's McChicken and Fri's Filet Fish since those two are my favorites! The Sat's double cheese burger is kind of a rip-off when compared to the other days' specials imho...

Big Mac's all right, but I just like Chicken and Fish better I suppose! ;)

Big Mac for $1.69 is a good deal also I suppose.

Actually, if you go to one of the smaller McDs (like in the Walmarts and stuff) where they do'nt have serve McChickens or Filet o Fish then they actually replace it with Double Cheese burgers or something. In case those are your cup o tea.....

yeah.... scary, eh? considering the fact that i've been cutting down McD consumption... used to have it once a week.... and in the last few months... haven't even been there (except for the occasional $2 for 2 sundaes thing).

Wow, thanks for the list. All I can remember is to avoid Friday's. Hate the Fillet. Other than that it's all good.

i love that commerical where they kid buys the POS car because he eats mcdeals. what he doesn't know is that if he didn't eat at mcdonalds everyday, he could save himself more money and ride in a more pimpin car.

LOL that's so true...never thought of it that way but the whole commercial makes sense now! The kid visits a few dealers and settles for the worse of cars, because he eats McD's.

And in the end he drives his wreck to McD's to get his daily fix.

Yeah that's a pretty bad commercial. I don't know why McD chose to associate customers who eat McDeals to customers who can only afford a crappy car.

I'd really like to see if those McD employees will help you push your car if it happens to die in the drive-thru tho.. :D

i think wednesdays are the worse
the mcChicken is so crappy compare to what it used to be.
the lettuce is not even close to being fresh, and something about the chicken jus isn't the same anymore.

there are some smaller mcDonalds that have different mcdeals on certain days like somebody said, i believe union station has double hamburger for fridays.
they should replace the mcchicken with that on wednesdays.
i'd rather go to BK for whopper wednesday than eat that nasty mcchicken

Why - you didn't know it before?

I can't believe people have this reaction after the movie. You don't realize when you eat 1500+ Calories/meal that it's not good for you? A lot of times he'd have more than that.

I saw the movie, and couldn't believe the ignorant people going "Oh my god - I'm never eating fast food again". This guy is just another Michael Moore...

I watched SuperSize me and would still eat McDonalds.
Last winter I would eat fast food a minimum of twice a day.
I love it.
I bet I could eat it 3 times a day, and still stay in descent shape.
What's funny was his first meal, he could barely finish it, and he puked. I dont' see how he could go 30 days like that. I guess you get used to it, but still.

No. Just plain no.

If decent shape means your body looking fine on the outside but your organs/arteries/body dying from the inside, then yes. There is no way you can eat like 6000 calories a day (mainly fat, salt, and sugar) and keep in "decent shape".

Thats not to say that you shouldn't be able to enjoy fast food, but please do be aware that eating it three times a day will eventually take its toll on your body

Really?

He actually came out healthier eating only McD's combined with regular exercise.

And yes - if you noticed they even posted his blood test results.

Most of the calories come from fat. Would you eat a block of butter in between your bread? McDonalds has made the cheapest possible food out there.. by making it mostly out of fat.

Its not just about keeping your weight down. You need your vitamins and minerals.

Wow i guess the meals are different around the country?

Here it goes something like this

Mon. Big Xtra (or McXtra if your french)
Tues. McChicken
Wed. Double Cheese LT
Thurs. Quarter pounder
Fri. Fellatio-Fish
Sat. don't know two cheese burger maybe?
Sun. Again don't know.

I don't think we get big Mac on any day though, because I saw it on here, then made a point of checking their sign the next time I went, and didn't see it.

When I was in high school (8 years ago) they had 25 cent burgers on thursday night. My friend and I used to go and eat eight of them. So good. Now my favorite is the two cheeseburger thursday. I also remember when the fillet o' fish was only $1.50. Prices always go up and they always manage to make their small and medium fries smaller. Honestly though...McDonalds and other places like burger king and wendy's are the only places I can go and get filled up on $8.00 including tax and get a drink too. I would eat at other places but it always ends up being $10-12 with a drink and i don't get full. The $6.99 medium pizza at Pizza Pizza also fills me up...but with tax and a drink you're up to $10. This is the main reason I eat fast food...I just want to feel full cause it makes me feel like i got my moneys worth. I know it's not healthy...but at this point in my life I just want to be full when I spend the little money I have.
