sport medicine / physio clinic in GTA with direct billing

does anyone know of any sport medicine / physio clinic in GTA that offers direct billing to insurance companies?

i hate having to fill out forms and claim treatments later.

if no one is aware of such clinic, would anyone at least recommend a good clinic with good doctors and therapists?

I go to Physiomed, located within the Premier Fitness gym at Kennedy and Ellesmere. They have a bunch of locations in the GTA. I have to pay upfront for the services via credit card, but they process all of the paperwork for me, and I get a cheque in the mail from the insurance company. I believe, however, that they can also bill the insurance company directly as well, but my insurance company doesn't allow it.

Sports Performance Centre. No direct billing, but they're on the pricey side.
