I remember back around 2005 when I had bought my current vehicle that Toyota had introduced the "Access Pricing" where there was fixed pricing and no bargaining/haggling for discounts. I was just wondeirng if Toyota Canada (B.C. - GVRD in particular) still has this fixed price policy? DOes anyone know?

I am looking for a mid-sized car for a family of 4 and was considering the 2010 Toyota Rav4 - Base V6 with third row seating option. Does anyone know what type of discounts (if bargaining is now allowed) one can expect to get on top of regular sticker price for this m2odel?

Thanks

It's very difficult to negotiate a good price for Toyota vehicles; I managed because I was careful in my homework, and I managed to find a salesperson that was willing to made a number of concessions.
