Cheapest Tire Swap

I've got 2 sets of wheels on separate rims. Where in your experience is the cheapest place to swap them? I don't have a proper jack or torque wrench so I will not do it myself.

I just use the jack and wrench that came with the car. It's not dead on at the recommeded torque but its well in the safe range.

Every vehicle is supposed to have a set. If it's missing, then any other people driving a car should have a set.

It's very simple to do. Earlier this year I taught my 17-yr old son how to do it. A couple of weeks ago, it's time to swap again. This 17-yr old son got lazy, and taught the 14-yr old brother to do it. (Well, I was there watching.)

OP,
You are looking for "Cheapest Rim Swap" not Tire swap. Tire swap actually costs more in $50-$70 since it involves mounting and balancing.

This is not the proper way to do it. I am not interested in changing 4 tires with a flimsy jack and tire iron. I'd rather pay $20 and have someone do it with a proper torque gun/wrench. Last time I changed a flat I threw out my back.
