The coupon is only valid on certain departments. It only includes Women's shoes, accessories and fashion jewellery.

you can also get the coupon in their flyer (the one with gold purse on the cover that looks like a magazine-ish type pamphlet) which they have in-store at the stands where the flyers are:). It does have exemptions. It includes shoes, but excludes, for example UGG. Still the deal is pretty good. I understand the 15% is now over (was just last 3 hours Fri Nov 6 and first three hours Sat Nov 7). If you get an HBC card, ie apply for one, they can issue you the card on the spot and you get 10% off all your purchases for the day (general rule) - this is only if you wish to get another credit card, which a lot of people won't want, but just FYI.

Exclusions are Juicy Couture and UGG Australia footwear, Juicy handbags/wallets, Juicy Couture, Swarovski and Lauren by Ralph Lauren fashion jewellery, Lauren by Ralph Lauren, and Juicy women's acessories, and hosiery (spanx, assets, calvin klein and jockey)

The book can be found online as well. I don't know if they will accept a printout of the coupon since it states that no reporductions will be accepeted.

Because of this thread, I bought the November issue of Loulou just to use the coupon today. I was in the market anyway for an elegant watch and stylish yet rugged winter boots... Got the coupon and purchased a Citizen ladies watch (40% off sale) and awesome Timberland Lexiss black leather boots ($75, marked down from $200). Total spent? $161 all in. Couldn't be happier with this steal of a deal!
