Rogers Retention?

Hi, I am wondering if rogers would give me one of their retention plan deals. Thing is i havnt had any real problems with them but my 3-year contract is up and i want to get one of their retention plans. Could i use customer loyalty as my case when i call them??

Also Im not sure if they offer retention plans for this but i am going to buy a blackberry with a data plan, so would they give me a retention plan for that?
