There's a brand new MBNA that I just got called Smart Card Platinum Plus. You get 5% full cash back for all purchases for the first 6 month. After 6 months, you will get 3% full cash back for grocery & gas purchases, and 1% full cash back on all other types of purchases on the card.
This card is the best in the market that I know off b/c you get the full % cash back not the tier system like Amex or other banks like TD, CIBC, RBC etc...and you also get insurance coverage when you rent a car and $0 annual fee.
