Talontire.com has the General Altimax Arctic in this size for $123. Shipping and taxes (no PST if outside Quebec?). Nordfrost 5 for $141.

Another is Hankook W409 I*pikes.

For winter (high) performance tires, there is the Falken Eurowinter HS439 or Hankook IceBear W300.
