I am currently have a Sparkle Power SPI 350W powering a AMD Athlon 64 X2 7750 (95 watts). (specs here: http://www.ncix.com/products/?sku=17702&vpn=ATX-350-PN-B&manufacture=Sparkle%20Power%20Intl.)
I don't video game but do have a fanless video for dual monitors.
My plan is to upgrade to an Core i5 system (new CPU (95watt), memory and motherboard) and use the same power supply.
Any reasons why this power supply won't work (like any new power pins required for i5 MBs, etc)?

It'll work fine assuming your video card is on the low-end.

To be honest, I wouldn't use that to power your Core i5. I would go with one from a known brand like Corsair, Antec, Thermaltake, pc power and cooling, so on. Cheap power supply tends to hurt in the end, especially during power outages, lightning storms, they tend to blow up and take everything with it (including ram, cpu and mobo).

I agree somewhat .. mostly that it's kinda sad you'll be powering a new computer with such a low end psu, a 500W Seasonic or 550VX Corsair would be a cheap addition to your new build.
I'd be worried about power quality (ripple and voltage regulation) with the cheaper psu and your new parts. Will it work .. probably, will it be the best solution .. no.

Well, that is a Fortron build, and it is a decent PSU. Fortron isn't as good as they used to be, but the quality is definitely better than some random generic supply.
Could you get away with it? Probably, although you would not have much headway with that PSU. I doubt that it would kill your system, but a 500W PSU made by Corsair/Seasonic/PCP&C/Antec would be beneficial in the long run.
