Not much can be done on the PDI fee. Just concentrate on the selling price. Typical markup for the RDX is in the 8-9% range. For the 2010, try to offer about 3% above dealer invoice cost.

There are several online places like carcost. Is it safe to assume info from any website will be the same?
Does anyone have 2010 RDX cost info?

For simple math illustration. Take the new 2010 RDX selling price divided by 1.08 or 1.09. Then you should get the 'estimated' dealer invoice cost and add 3% for markup (offering to the dealer), then you get the price that you may want to offer to the dealer.
