Hi Guys,

Im looking to sell my 2003 BMW M3. I am going to go to market soon with it, and want to price it so I can sell it right away. I see many fluctuations on trader.ca to make an exact pricing.

It is black on black, coupe, manual transmission, 146,000KM, and in good condition. Roughly what is a price I should sell it at that provides a good return but will get it off my hands quickly? I was told anywhere from 17,000 to 24,000 - that gap is way too much.

Thanks

I agree. I've seen m3's with low mileage due being store for summers. Never seen winter asking for $29k

Just to add another note to it. If you are using the Autotrader as a price reference point, the sellers oftern ask for the 'Moon' therefore, use your own judgement when setting the price.

If you want, get the car detailed in and out. Might net you a bit more in terms of your final selling price. In my experience, that tends to be the case. Many of the cars I've done for that purpose have gotten near or close to their asking price. While that's hardly a statistic, if you are looking for more, it is worth the few hundred dollars to detail, polish it inside and out to net a few thousands from a buyer.
