Looks like every game is going on sale right now. Looks like they finally realized $60-$70 price tag for games too high. Considering this is a single-player game, I can wait until it drops even further down. Most people trade in their copies after a week anyway.

First game was disappointing. I own the PS3 version as well as PC version and have tried to finish it 3 times so far but failed to keep the momentum. So while I will buy the second one (game thas has Venice = must buy) I might want to wait till a price drop or two. Ubisoft certainly hasn't earned the right to command the buzz and must-play-immediately feeling that a game such as Mass Effect did.

Also, futOOre Shop? Are you sure it's not a price error? Or you'll come to store to pick up your preorder and they'll tell you they sold out?

I thought the first game was awful. Pointless, repetitive side missions with no real rewards. Stupid, stupid AI (Hey, let's all gang up on him in a 6vs1, but only one guy attack at a time!). The fact that even if your cover is blown during a boss assassination, you can just fight your way through and kill him anyway. And lastly, the fact that EVERY city had the SAME friggin missions. Perch on some roof, save some civilians, collect some flags. Other than the beautiful graphics and change in scenery, once you've been to one town, you've seen them all.

The premise was good, but the execution was god awful. I would wait for this to drop (and no doubt it will soon enough) unless some spectacular reviews come out.

I won't be cancelling my bbv collector's edition version because I am getting it for $59. I complained to head office about the lack of knowledge of stores and sales staff about the deal. The district manager contacted me and reserved the game and put down the $10 deposit for me. I think the deal I got was pretty good. :)

Prince of Persia did pretty good though. As of two days ago when I used it as part of the T3G1F deal at EB, it still had a TIV of $8.25. That's pretty darn good considering how long it came out ago.
