Hey guys and gals,

Going on our honeymoon soon. We are stopping in Los Angeles for 2.5 days and want to go to Universal Studios in Hollywood. Since we likely wont spend the entire day there, we are wondering of the "front of the line" pass is worth the extra money ($35 per person)?

Im sure its worth it in terms of the value of it. I called Universal and asked the silly question (I knew this beforehand) "how many FOL passes are sold each day?" The girl was like "it depends on the day." I figured that was the answer I was going to get. Im just worried about spending the extra money, only to have 10,000 other people buy the same pass and I will still wait in line behind a ton of people anyway.

Anywho, just curious to know if anyone has purchased it and what their thoughts on it was.

Thanks.

really does depend on how busy the park is. during low season, you'll find lines at attractions are almost non-existent.

if it's a US holiday or long weekend, definitely worth the extra bucks.

If you are going on a weekday not during holiday time I wouldn't bother. I went there last February on a weekday and the lines were very short.

In Orlando it would be a different story and I found it invaluable when I was there.
