The N900's 3G won't work here, it doesn't have the 850 3G band, same problem the T-mobile G1 had before.

Just to back up the above poster:
It will not function on any of the current Rogers Wireless, Fido Solutions, Telus or Bell Mobility UMTS 3G networks which use the incompatible 850 and 1900 MHz UMTS frequency bands.

It will not function on any of the current Rogers Wireless, Fido Solutions, Telus or Bell Mobility UMTS 3G networks which use the incompatible 850 and 1900 MHz UMTS frequency bands.
This phone supports multiple frequency which are 1700 / 2100 / 900, but not the ones used in Canada.
