I took the coupon to the Vancouver store but they did not have any. So they gave me a $15 gift card for the inconvienience of not having any yet. It is good for one year and can be used on their sales items as well..
Then gave me back my coupon and told me to come back another for the perfume.

That is what I call excellent customer service.:)
