too far for you but there is one in Burlington which I always goto just off Appleby Line. $2 for 4 minutes by far the best time and selction for the money!

Hand car wash as in using your hand or having people do it for you by hand? Or do you mean those self serve ones where u control the hose and soap etc? If you're looking for the latter there's the jet clean on o'connor/victoria park.

There's a bunch located in the GTA, most are coin-op. If you are in the GTA, just drive around, they're usually near a gas station.

i think he was searching for the inddor ones...as i'm sure washing outside in below 0 temperature could prove to be a challenge.
