Honda Canada has announced price reductions on three of its core 2010 Honda products effective the beginning of November.

"Now that confidence in the Canadian economy seems to be improving, we want to keep that momentum going. So as part of our commitment to Canadians, we have decided to create more value for our customers with a series of price reductions on our most popular models. The three Honda vehicles affected are the CR-V, Accord and Canada's best-selling car, the Honda Civic.

The price reductions are as follows:

$1,000 - All Canadian-made 2010 Civic sedans and coupes, including
Civic Si models
$1,500 - All 2010 CR-V compact CUV models (2- and 4-wheel-drive models)
$1,000 - All 2010 Accord V-6 engine models (sedans and coupes)
$ 500 - All 2010 Accord 4-cylinder engine models (sedans and coupes)

I am not sure if this reductions are posted yet on Honda.ca or honda ontario.

Is this for cash only deals or is it just a general price reduction?

The base CR-V was way over priced to start with, it's the most expensive small SUV on the market.

I find a lot of these cars over priced, Hondas, Toyotas, Ford.... and so on....

I really think that's the reason you see so many bmw and benz cars out there, cause people just can't justify spending 30 or 40k on a bloody ford flex or some garbage like that.... even the prius is ridicolous..... it's almost the same price as a bmw 1 series or 3 series and the entry level models are actually pretty good on gas and you don't have a damn battery to replace

It's good to see them dropping the prices.

When I bought my 08 Accord almost 2 years ago, there was a $2000 cash incentive along with another $1000 'gas card' that you could apply to your purchase price. On top of this, I got another $1200 or so off the MSRP.

They are great cars but they are a bit pricey when there are no incentives to buy.
