What's this mean?

I've come across it a few times here, and finding bit of Internet slag I hadn't heard of I went to google to search it. But when I typed in does it hot google's auto-list of searched popped up with redflagdeals does it hot. So I Searched (http://www.redflagdeals.com/forums/tags/does%20it%20hot/) it but couldn't get a clear definition, even after following the link to RFD...
