Does Staples ever have any big sales? There are coupons to use online but I never even heard of a Staples sale in stores.

Staples "Big sale" are more or less clearance sale... in which case its a huge YMMV type of thing.

Like the time when they were selling Phantom stock of the $99 Toshiba Protege laptops? Or the Batman Arkham Asylum Collector's Edition for $69? We should charge Staples a restocking fee for our TIME! And a restocking fee for our VISA transaction fees, cell phone minutes for calling Staples Customer Service, and most of all, our AGGRAVATION!

They have a weekly flyer, just like any other retailer. You'll have to go through it on a weekly basis to see if there are any really good deals... just like any other retailer.
