utm - grant & qeII appeal

hi there,
anyone aware about utm grants for the undergradute?
i had asked the reg office and they mentioned end of oct.website also mentioning end of oct.
so far i am checking there is no any application form uploaded.

on the other hand i appealed for the qe , as i was not qualified due to my high school was not eligble.
so far no any response from them , anyonwe appealed and get a response.
