Hey Guys,

I am looking to set up a corporation.

Has anyone used http://www.corporationcentre.ca/ ?

Or should I be filling out the forms and submitting it myself?

I looked at the total costs and its about $850 to set it all up.

Thanks for your help RFD!

Only for their cheap NUANS searches (http://www.corporationcentre.ca/docen/pns/home.asp), when I've done the incorporation myself.

If you're willing to spend a few hundred on an incorporation, you might want to check out NewBusinessNow.com (http://www.newbusinessnow.com/LAW/federal.htm), which is somewhat less expensive than the $850 you were quoted.

It's run by a lawyer, with low overhead, and I've had a good experience dealing with him on a previous federal incorporation.

In my opinion, if it's your first incorporation, I would leave it to a professional.
