unlock sidekick

I just got a sidekick off ebay for a decent price but it's looked to t-mobile.
I thought that it would be easy to unlock like other phones but most sites I've googled cost $70 to unlock it... does anyone know any sites that I'm not aware of that sell it for a decent price... or a place that can do it?

it is better for u to get the unlocked sidekick instead of paying that much money for it
