I live near the border, but I spend my money at home. The Yanks only want our money, not us. Look at how restrictive the border is these days. Before Bush you could drive over just for the heck of it. Not anymore. And good luck to you if you get in a car accident or something while over there. Much better to just stay here. The deals will come to us if they want our money enough. And they do.

Well I've been finding plenty of deals lately. Not quite giveaways like this 360 deal, but excellent nonetheless. The 60GB Pro for $200CDN is arguably a better deal anyway when you consider what's included. Too bad I already had one.

The Gateway T4200 laptop at WM for $400CDN was also better value than this US deal. Lowest price doesn't always mean best deal.

I agree, the $200 60GB Pro does work out to be around the same as getting the WM Arcade Unit for $199 - 100GC. Getting a 60GB HD w/ 3 Months of Live is ~$100 by itself so unless you have no need for a HD, then getting the Pro is an equivalent deal.

Something like 6% duty on top of the 13% taxes if it isn't made in USA, Canada, or Mexico.
