Login not saved across sessions?

If I start Firefox and visit RFD, I have to log in. If I close the browser and start it again, it isn't remembering my login, even if I click the "Save" button.

I've restarted the browser, updated it (from 3.5.3 to 3.5.4), cleared cookies (in the last 4 hours) and even restarted my machine. Not getting the same issue on the other sites I visit.

Doing the same thing for me. It probably has to do with the site being down for a few hours earlier today (as well as a few other times this past week) and I'm sure once they get everything back up and running normally, it will once again save login sessions.

Shaner ... glad for the confirmation that is just isn't in MY computer ... and to let the powers know that search isn't the only thing not working 100% here.

And what bothers me is I can't use the "hot topics" buttons to check if there are updates to a thread or not because it resets everytime I login :evil:

I am getting this problem too. Also running Firefox.

They are apparently doing repairs on the forum right now. I'll bet that "rebooting" the forum software terminates all logins.

The login across sessions issue should not be fixed. During the downtime we also upgraded to the latest version of the forum software which inadvertently created the problem.

Sorry about that - I know how frustrating it must have been! All fixed now :)
