Your best bet is to organanize a Russian banquet dinner. Russian restaurants typically serve tons of fish of all kinds, including smoked salmon as part of a banquet. It might be overkill if all you want is smoked salmon and nothing else, but if you like tons of fish, caviar with pancakes and all that other good stuff, find a decent Russian place.
