Is anyone aware of whether Westjet will price match Air Canada for same-day flights? I absolutely prefer Westjet but Air Canada is significantly cheaper from Ottawa-Kelowna this year.

Probably not as a formal policy but there is always a possibility that an informal policy exists... one would never know unless working for the fare department of WS.

They've done it for me in the past but based on my experience it's a big YMMV thing. Call 'em and give it a shot - nothing to lose.
