LG.I just thought the promo had expired. My order was 4x13.99 and I'm pretty sure $55.96 is above the $25 minimum. It's moot now, I received the acknowledgement well before I saw the post so my card was charged and as far as I know the order has shipped.

The membership fee of $5.99 is currently being waived so you will NOT be billed anything for joining. All you are required to do after signing up is purchase a minimum of 2 movies (dvd/blu-ray) at any price within 1 year. And if you remain a member after that one year, then you would just need to purchase 2 movies for each year you remain in the club. It's really easy to complete your purchase obligation with dvds as low as $5.99 and blu's as low as $13.99.

Actually, if you compare our prices on our BD's to that of other CANADIAN retail establishments, we are pretty competitive, sometimes even cheaper. Also, we are continuously rotating our list of $13.99 blu-rays on a monthly basis and we even swap out in a few new titles each week. Perhaps you can clarify what you mean by "inflated prices"? We'd love to understand where we are going wrong and how we can improve our club;)

Just want to say that my experiences with CHCanada keep improving. Orders are shipping faster, and the most recent one came in a box instead of just the flimsy envelope. Also any issues have always been quickly responded to by their customer service. I'm very pleased thus far with CHCanada.

$14 is inflated for BD? You better contact FS, BB and the like who are charging double that for the same discs. Or better yet, try Amazon, whose regular prices are $40 something bucks, on sale for $28?
I have had very positive experiences with this Columbia House format... I was very skeptical at first, but find my BD collection growing much too fast!

Yes, if you order movies from Cineetcie, they will be English but will have the option to watch it in French as well.
