Anywhere to buy cheap bathroom cabinets?

I have a small bathroom in my dorm that doesn't have a cabinet and i would prefer to get one with a mirror to put above my bathroom sink. Can anyone recommend places in Toronto where i could get one that's preferably white?

Im sort of in the same boat. We are remodelling the basement and putting in a bathroom/laundry room. We are looking to get some cabinets to put in there.

The cheapest we have found was at Ikea @ $1500 or so.

They have those "build your own" cabinets at Home Depot but I dont know if they are cheaper or more expensive. Never looked into them. I just know they are there.
