I just came back from Fairview Futureshop, tried to price match. It's actually getting pathetic the excuses they come up with not to PM. I went in and it took em 15 minutes to get the manager, then he told me to login to the site, and prove to him i was a TD card holder by showing him my visa....then randomly he says "Well you can go buy it there then".....his excuse was "It's exclusive for TD card holders so we can't do it". BS. I'm gonna try walmart tomorrow.

Don’t most TD visa cards offer fraud protection up to $2000? I know mine does.

Suppose something happened to myAXS, and you don't receive your goods, you can just call up TD visa and file a fraud report. A lot of hassle, but at least you get your money back.

I ordered two nanos on Nov 2, they shipped via Purolator Nov 6, and the first attempted delivery was Nov 11.

The only problem I had (and it wasn't shopmyaxs' fault), was the Purolator delivery person who didn't bother to knock or ring the doorbell even though I was sitting at home waiting for the delivery (I've had this same problem before with Purolator). Though I could have opted to request a redelivery attempt, I would have had to wait 3 more days until the following Monday and then arrange to be home again, so I ended up driving to the opposite end of the city to pick up the packge from the depot (where I had to wait for over 45 minutes for them to find the package).

This shouldn't be a problem for you if you will be home, can have it delivered to your work, or if the Purolator depot is close to you.

I've used a few unbranded players before and for the most part they're a good option cause they're a lot cheaper but battery life is horrible on them. What I did like was the drag and drop option but then you dont get the interactivity of the ipod menus, etc that itunes provides (although I hate itunes)

I've also just recently replaced my 1st gen nano which i've had since they first came out 4 years ago. Battery life on it is still amazing. I was hoping my battery life was going to crap out on me so I could get it replaced with my extended warranty but no luck. All of the unbranded ones i've used either died or are collecting dust now from frustration of battery life. but maybe its my luck with the unbranded....
